2.1 Overview

Neuron Code Tribal Training Corporation provides coaching, training, and personal development services, including but not limited to: Free Tribal Archetype Assessment, In-Depth Audit Sessions, Group Intensive Coaching, Private Coaching, Coaching Training, Organizational Programs, Digital Content, and Community Access.

2.2 Nature of Services

Our Services are educational and personal development in nature. We provide coaching, training, and facilitation—not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or professional advice in any licensed field. See Section 10 (Disclaimer) for important limitations.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

Certain Services require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain and promptly update your information, keep your login credentials confidential, accept responsibility for all activity under your account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment of fees, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our business.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

4.1 Pricing

All prices for Services are listed on our Site in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, except that price changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to provide accurate billing information.

4.3 Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension or termination of Services. The full balance may become due immediately upon default.

4.4 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes associated with your purchase, as required by law.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 In-Depth Audit Sessions ($600)

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you complete a In-Depth Audit session and do not receive meaningful insight about your patterns AND a clear map of next steps, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your session.

Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a In-Depth Audit session with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

5.2 Group Intensive ($1,500)

Before Program Start: Full refund available up to 14 days before the program start date. Within 14 days of start, a 50% refund is available.

After Program Start: Due to the nature of group programs and limited enrollment, no refunds are available after the program begins. If extraordinary circumstances arise, please contact us to discuss options.

5.3 Private Coaching ($5,000)

Before Engagement Begins: Full refund available if requested before the initial intensive session.

After Engagement Begins: Due to the customized nature of this engagement, no refunds are available after the initial intensive session. If we determine the engagement is not a good fit, we may offer to refund unused session credits at our discretion.

5.4 Digital Products

Digital products (workbooks, recordings, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed unless otherwise stated in the terms for the individual product.

5.5 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@neuroncodetribaltraining.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. SCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE

Sessions are scheduled via our online booking system. You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are forfeited. Failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show") results in forfeiture. If you arrive late to a session, we will use the remaining time but cannot extend beyond the scheduled end time.

7. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

As a participant, you agree to attend scheduled sessions, participate actively, treat others with respect, and maintain confidentiality. We agree to deliver Services with professional care and maintain confidentiality. In group settings, you agree to keep all information shared by other participants confidential.

8. RECORDINGS AND CONTENT

Individual sessions may be recorded for your personal use and review. By participating, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are for your personal use only. Group sessions may be recorded and made available to participants. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify us before the session.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on our Site and in our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, program curricula, methodologies, assessments, video recordings, The "Neuron Code", "Tribal Archetype" & "Tribal Connectome" frameworks, is owned by Neuron Code Tribal Training Corporation or our licensors.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without a license. You may not teach, train, or coach others using our proprietary methods without certification/licensing.

10. DISCLAIMERS

10.1 No Professional Advice
